KF10: Harder than particulate diamond tungsten steel, with higher hardness and flexural strength, with better wear resistance, but slightly worse impact resistance. It is suitable for non-ferrous metals and non-ferrous metals with higher hardness such as quenching and tempering (HRC 48~67 degrees). It is suitable for medium and low speed light cutting of metals. Generally used in good working conditions, stable cutting, continuous light processing.
NR11/NK10Z: Very fine diamond tungsten steel, has better wear resistance and impact resistance. It is suitable for HRC25 ~48. It has good performance and versatility in high speed light cutting. The coating has good effect and can improve the wear resistance of cutting tools. It is often used in CNC numerical control equipment to process various kinds of high nickel alloys, heat-resistant alloys, titanium alloys, gray cast iron, hardened steel, stainless steel and other difficult-to-process materials (including nickel, chromium, Mo, silicon, titanium, etc.) before and after heat treatment and quenching. KF202/NK201: Extremely fine diamond tungsten steel, versatile, can be used for HRC < 28 degrees of all kinds of materials common die steel, gray cast iron, heat-resistant alloy, aluminum alloy, copper, chilled cast iron, alloy steel, medium and low speed rough cutting to finish cutting, with better impact resistance and general wear resistance, wide application. Generally used for thick cutting and intermittent cutting. After coating, the effect is better and the service life of the tool can be increased.
ASP60C: (Harder and Wear-resistant): Imported harder and wear-resistant high-grade cobalt powder steel, hardening treatment: HRC70 [+2], with good wear resistance and impact resistance, often used in ordinary equipment processing various kinds of superalloys, heat-resistant alloys, gray cast iron, titanium alloy, stainless steel and other difficult-to-process materials (containing nickel, chromium, Mo, silicon).
